1. GPS Tracking & Transparency Guarantee
Every distribution route we carry out is fully GPS tracked. Each distributor logs their route live as they deliver, providing a clear and accurate record of where your leaflets have been posted.
Once your campaign is complete, GPS maps and delivery data will be shared with you digitally. We also retain this information for a minimum of six months should you need to refer back to it.
If any agreed areas are not tracked due to technical issues, we will automatically refund the cost of those undelivered sections — no arguments, no chasing, no hassle.
This system exists to give you confidence and full visibility. Other than that, we simply get on with the job and show you the proof at the end.
2. Our Delivery Team
We only ever use our own in-house delivery team. We do not outsource distribution to third parties or casual subcontractors.

3. Distribution Options
We offer three delivery options, clearly explained on our pricing page. While availability and structure may vary slightly by campaign, the following principles apply:

4. Minimum Quantities

5. Area Coverage & House Counts
We work using verified house counts and mapped delivery areas.
Where possible, areas are calculated in rounded figures (e.g. to the nearest 1,000 properties). If an area contains 7,215 homes, we will typically charge for and deliver to 7,000. Smaller areas may occasionally be rounded to the nearest 500 where practical.
For bespoke campaigns across multiple areas or exact house counts, a tailored quote can be provided.
6. Properties We Do Not Deliver To
Although we aim to blanket-cover agreed residential areas, we do not deliver to the following:
If access is unsafe or obstructed at the time of delivery (e.g. active building work), the property may be skipped.
7. Turnaround Times

Larger campaigns may require additional time. All timeframes will be agreed before work begins.
8. Express Campaigns
If you require an urgent turnaround and availability allows, express delivery may be offered at an additional cost.
Express surcharges typically range from 25% to 100% of the distribution fee, depending on urgency.
9. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before distribution begins. Prices are Inclusive of VAT.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or card payment. Payment details will be included on your invoice.
10. Leaflet Supply
Customers are responsible for supplying the correct quantity of leaflets prior to the agreed start date.
If collection or delivery of leaflets is required, this will be discussed and agreed in advance.
